Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to emergency service calls or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Accounts not paid within 30 days of service completion may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
